Health & HistoryWe will start with a thorough review of your paperwork, medical history, and health concerns. Based on what we gather during this time, you and your therapist will agree on the most appropriate assessment for you.

Body Assessment: We may decide to perform an orthopedic assessment of your spine, pelvis, hips, and abdomen. We will be screening for things such as mobility restrictions and discomfort to determine the cause of your specific symptoms.

Internal Assessment: We may decide to perform an internal assessment of your pelvic floor muscles. We use a single, gloved index finger to gently assess the tone, strength, and symptoms in the muscles of your pelvic floor.

Create a Plan: Using this information, our team will create a plan unique to you! Your program will include tools and exercises to address your specific concerns as we work towards restored health and renewed hope.
